MANUFACTURED TO WITHSTAND THE HARSH CANADIAN WINTERS

Dolphin Fiberglass Pools are made of the highest quality material offered for Fiberglass Swimming pool manufacturing. Dolphin Fiberglass Pools high tensile strength allows our swimming pool maximum flexibility making them suitable for regions with extreme fluctuations in temperature level. These materials are applied in a systematic approach to providing toughness and stamina.

HOW IS A DOLPHIN COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS POOL CONSTRUCTED?

The first step in our process involves the exact application of one of our six vibrant ISO-NPG Gelcoat Colours.

The second step requires the application of our “Skin Coat” layer, which includes a Chopped Fiberglass Roving and Formulated Vinyl Ester Resin Matrix.

Next, we use a dual-layer of a knitted Quadraxial Fiberglass Reinforcement. Quadraxial Fiberglass is a four (4) layer fabric and has fiberglass roving laid down parallel in the 0º, -45°, +45°, and 90º axes. This fabric allows us to apply multiple layers simultaneously and adds exceptional structural support and stiffness to our pool structure. This process is unique to Dolphin Fiberglass Pools.

Our laminate buildup continues with another two layers of hand-applied 24 oz—Woven Roving Fiberglass with a Chopped Fiberglass layer in between to complete the total laminate.

One key component to all Dolphin Composite Fiberglass Pools is our resin system. We do not add any fillers or extenders to our resin systems. This process ensures the maximum physical properties in each pool laminate, and it’s a commitment that Dolphin pools have made from day one.

During our layup process, the Composite Fiberglass Laminate, “the materials that make the individual components, with a combined physical strength that exceeds the properties of either of them individually,” is strictly monitored and controlled throughout our manufacturing process.

Working with our dedicated landscape team, our landscape designer will create ambiance and beauty around your pool area with a stone deck of your choice together with shrubs and other landscaping features within your backyard.
